Delivery & customs

Delivery charges are calculated separately from product prices after the destination, parcel weight and dimensions are confirmed.

Planned providers include The Courier Guy, Pargo, Bob Go and Aramex in South Africa; Mercury Express, Tigmoo, iShop and DHL in Zambia; and DHL or FedEx internationally. Availability depends on connected business accounts, destination coverage and verified rates.

Cross-border duties, import taxes and clearance charges will be disclosed before payment where applicable. Delivery times are estimates supplied by the selected carrier.
